If you run WarLock DR software on your hardware and you are not completely satisfied with every aspect of its operation; you may request a refund of the full purchase price for the software at any point in the first thirty (30) days following deployment.

This completely eliminates the risk that your organization will be locked into a solution that does not meet your needs.

Complete deployment, configuration, and support

The Selenetix warranty is included in the price of WarLock DR and is based on the proper operation of your Disaster Recovery network, not just the software itself.

Beginning of Warranty Period

• Starts after all licenses are applied and the secure key pairs binding
  Initiators and Collectors have been created

During the Warranty period

• Once your Disaster Recovery network is deployed, our team will be available
  at no charge to answer questions and provide guidance on creating and
  tuning jobs to provide the best possible results
• We also recommend, and will assist with, at least one simulated
  Disaster Recovery effort with key personnel

Transition to ongoing support

• You may select and purchase ongoing support at any time
  during the Warranty period, once you decide on the right level
